Lidia Egorova

(Course Coordinator)

Lidia Egorova, joined the international education services industry and has been working in the field of education for more than 8 years. She has a degree from the Far Eastern Federal University in Russia and has been living in China for one and a half years. She studied at Cambridge University. She is a very energetic, easy-going, communicative person. Lidia likes travelling to foreign countries, reading and learning different cultures.


Maria Nosach

(TESOL Trainer & Course Coordinator)

Maria is a TESOL trainer and coordinator in our company. She graduated RGUTIS (Moscow) with a BA in Management, has a TESOL Certificate Level 5 (the UK), TESOL Diploma 350h (the UK), and currently does her MBA at Moscow School of Business of the Russian President.

Elena Plekhanova

(TESOL Trainer)

Elena Plekhanova is a TESOL trainer in Russia. On graduation from Orenburg State University she committed herself to the education sector. She has been involved in teacher training and development since 2006. Elena has graduated with a Masters Degree (Language Theory) from the Orenburg State University. She has attended professional retraining according to the programs “Teacher of specialized educational institution” and “The teacher of the higher school”. In her free time Elena enjoys ski mountaineering, yoga and travelling.


Tatiana Efimenko

(TESOL Trainer)

After graduation of  Birobidzhanskiy State Teacher Training University by speciality English and French Languages Teacher in 1996 worked as an English Language Teacher at Universities. In 2009 passed Ph.D defense in Russian Academie of Science.

Now she works as a Business English Language Teacher at Moscow City Teacher Training University and as an English Language trainer at international companies. She has worked out the course of lectures “Language. Culture. Professional communication”.

As  for work experience job – Cambridge Regional Colledge, Cambridge, UK. (I worked there as a group leader) and Belfast, Londonderry (Northern Ireland). I was responsible for leading the group of students, supervising the students while they were having teaching practice at schools in Londonderry.

Moreover, she has 18 scientific works, monograph, English Language teaching programme for master course students (speciality “Financial management. National and Municipal management” and certificates of attending international seminars and work-shops on Business English Teaching.

Field of scientific interests: Business Cultures Interaction, linguistic and cultural specific of business discourse, cross-cultural communication.

Other interests: foreign languages, linguistic and cultural science, traveling and family.

Anastasia Surkova

(Course Coordinator)

Graduated from Moscow State University of Statistics, Economics and Informatics with specialisation Linguistics and Intercultural Communication.

Took training courses in England and Finland.

Anastasia has three year experience in Education Abroad sphere as a Counsellor and has an ICEF accreditation.

Hobbies: reading, music, coulinary, traveling and foreign languages

Yulia Nepomniyaschaya

(Course Coordinator in Vladivostok)

1998-2001 – Zabaikalsky State Teacher Training University. Special course: Interpreter of Japanese language.
1996-2001 – Zabaikalsky State Teacher Training University by speciality English and German Languages Teacher.

February 2005 – I received the grant for participation in Special American Business Internship Training Program (SABIT). The programme name was “Ecotourism”.

Moreovere, constantly I visit different training courses in pedagogics concerning different approaches to children and methods of teaching.

From 2004 till 2014 I was invited as the participant for different professional FAM trips and business conferences in many countries: China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, America, Africa.

Hobbies: Traveling, Pedagogics, Fitness, World cultures.


Anna Kasimova

(Course Coordinator in Far East of Russia: Primorsky krai, Khabarovsky krai, Amur region, Kamchatka krai, Magadan region, Zabaikalsky krai)

She graduated from the Far Eastern State University in 2004 with a degree in Socio-cultural service and Tourism.
From 2004 to 2014
– Worked in the field of international tourism and education abroad;
– Took additional training and professional training in the field of education abroad;
– Took part in the study and business trips to Asia and the Pacific: China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and others.

Работает в сфере международных стажировок и образования за рубежом более 10 лет.

Elena Khvan

(Course Coordinator in Southern Federal District)

My name is Elena Khvan. At the moment I am a teacher of the Chinese
language at the PSU Chair of Oriental Languages and Cultures.
In 2007 I enrolled in the educational program 2+2 proposed by the Institute
of Translatology and Multi-Language Studies for the purpose of mastering the
Chinese language. The program was developed together with Changchun Normal
University and allowed 2-year probation in China.
From September 2009 till June 2011 I studied in Changchun at the Philology
Department, my major was the Chinese Language and Literature.
The most impressive experiences for me were the collaboration with the
European Training Foundation and Chinese ballet of disabled dancers called
«Hand-in- Hand».
